We work very hard for our camping food to be absolutely top quality. In our eyes, we make no compromise on the taste and nutrition of our ingredients. However, if for any reason whatsoever you are not 100% satisfied with your TentMeal, we guarantee that we will happily refund you the full amount.

If you are able to provide us with feedback, we will also do our best to improve our meals in the future :-)

 

How to return a product

For UK orders

• We'll make and send you a tracked returns label free of charge
• We'll issue a refund within 3 working days of receiving the products back at our warehouse
• Prefer to exchange the products? Just let us know :)

Abroad

• Send the products back to us and we'll issue a full refund within 7 working days :)
