Dried tomato powder
Delicious, rich, tomato powder - this stuff is SO SO YUMMY!! Great for achieving a deep, intense tomato flavour in just about any dish. Dissolves very easily in water to make sauces, pastes, and juices/smoothies.
Clumping is normal as we don't have any additives in this powder. You can just break it apart again :) Best stored in an airtight container in a cool space away from natural light to maximise the shelf life (although even when it gets older and clumpier the flavour remains really well).
Recipe suggestions
Sooo good in any tomato sauces and pastes - basically anything where you'd like to add a tin of tomatoes, but either you don't have them available or you'd like a thicker sauce.
Also great in smoothies and juices :)
