Freeze dried whole raspberries
In general we prefer to use naturally dehydrated ingredients rather than freeze dried ones, but raspberries don't really seem to dehydrate very well. In this case the freeze drying process really locks in their delicious tangy sweetness and keeps the fibre structure in tact so you get a massive 29g of fibre per 100g of these raspberries. Very useful if you're away from fresh fruit and veg for a long time and are ....struggling.... with certain functions.
(On a side note, they're also great in baking and cake decorating at home...!)
Recipe suggestions
We particularly love these in breakfasts - they work brilliantly in porridges or muesli mixes, bundled in with a bunch of nuts and seeds to notch up the calorie count.
If you're a chocoholic, they're also amazing sprinkled on top of a gooey chocolate pud (not sure where you'd get one of these from if you're camping in the middle of nowhere, but if facilities allow.......).
We'll do our very best to make sure the raspberries stay in one piece during transit, but they're very very fragile so we cannot promise that there won't be a few extra pieces when they arrive.

Subscribe and save
We've had a lot of people asking about a subscribe and save service for these raspberries. I'm super excited that so many people love them so much, but unfortunately we'd go out of business offering it.
The reason is that we already sell the raspberries as cheaply as possible. We know they're a painfully expensive ingredient to purchase, so we've already been trying to make them as affordable as possible to everyone. After doing the numbers, I worked out that even offering a measly 5% off would cause us financial problems.
So for the time being, repeat orders will need to go through the website as normal.
