OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
We are currently looking for a part-time Operations Coordinator to help look after the day to day running of the company.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
TentMeals exists to give people an awesome food option for their adventures.
To us, this means making the best food we can: food that’s delicious, lightweight, easy to prepare, and above all, nutritious. It also means great customer service, flexible work and fair wages for staff, minimising our environmental impact, and working constantly to improve the company.
Currently, we’re happy and proud to be selling 9 delicious expedition meals, all in 2 different sizes, as well as plenty of snacks and ingredients.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are currently looking for a part-time Operations Coordinator to look after the day to day running of the company. You will be a core pillar of the company's organisation, allowing our operations to run smoothly.
Duties will include:
- A set of routine tasks, to execute efficiently and reliably
- A broad range of small and large one off projects
- Handling customer queries
- Looking after trade and wholesale clients
- Improving operational efficiency
- Implementing changes to increase the positive impact of the company
LOCATION
We have recently moved to Bangor, meaning we now have a dedicated TentMeals warehouse / office. This has quickly become our home base, offering a space where we can work together most of the time. This is the preferred work location, with an option to work from home part of the time if preferred.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Most importantly, this role would suit someone who respects and cares deeply about and people and the planet.
The ideal candidate would also:
- Display exceptional organisation with time and task management
- Love troubleshooting and problem solving a wide and wild variety of tasks
- Have excellent IT and data management skills
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
